The gas fireplace didn't work. The wall to the left of the front door and connecting with the front bedroom was bowed out, creating an air gap for cold air to blow through. The back bedroom window was open at the top about 2 inches. It would not close shut, someone had placed wood screws in the side of the window frame to keep it from moving. The inside door frame going to the front bedroom was hanging off.
