Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Very uncomfortable

I had very uncomfortable stay, bedroom sink was blocked and not functional, matters were very stiff, kitchen supplies were very limited not enough for 10 people, host didn't provide shampoo and kleenex. Its very disappointing to have such experience after paying 30% service. I went through Vrbo considering it will provide trusted and reliable service but its a huge disappointment.
