Excellent place to stay!

The cabin has plenty of space for family and lots to do inside. The kids loved the pool and movie room as well as the game room. The cabin is very clean! We really enjoyed our time here! I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Comminication was good and checkin was easy. Everything was clean and just as it appeared in the pictures. There was plenty of space for us and the pool, hot tub, mo ie room, and games gave a lot of options. We really enjoyed it!

This property made us feel like we were home. My family of 4 (plus 2 dogs) enjoyed this property for several days. The seller was very communicative, and the checkin process was easy. The property was clean upon arrival and the kids enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin for a getaway

Our stay was great! The cabin was very clean and was decorated very nice. The pool was nice for the kids, they had a blast! The gas fire pit was nice to make s’mores on in the evening. Movie theater was very nice. Beds were comfortable but the downstairs bedroom was a bit warm at night. The only thing that we would change is maybe the couch. There is only one very small couch for the entire cabin. But other than that it was very nice, peaceful and beautiful area. I would definitely stay again.

All I can say is WOW!

We have been visiting the Smokies for years and have stayed in many cabins along the way. This has to be hands down the very best cabin we've ever rented! The property managers communicated very effectively and I knew their policies and exactly what to expect on arrival. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a little skeptical of the size of the pool from the pictures, but we had two eight year olds in our group that spent hours in it. The pool may be small, but don't underestimate the fun. We couldn't use the hot tub the first night because it wasn't warm enough, but it was nice to know that was because it was freshly cleaned which was mentioned in emails ahead of time. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Fire pit was gas and lit easily. Theater and gaming areas were really cool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent from this company again! Thank you!

First Timers

The property was a good for our first time in the area. The amount of stairs didn’t bother me,however was nervous for the kids. If traveling with young ones I would recommend bringing a baby gate. The inside pool was really cold and when we went to get in there was lots of black hair on the floor a pony tail left on the beach and the thermometer in the pool has had black hair all over it. The room upstairs had left over ball cap on the hook. I wish there was a bigger space for us all to lounge together. The movie theater was great at night but the couch is small for the living room when you want to snuggle up by the fire. I wish there was an option to drop off your bags/snacks in food or early check in when traveling from afar. I feel if your looking for a place remember you are the fun all the other stuff isn’t necessary like we thought it would. Bring some board games and some good snacks and you will have a great time.

This property has everything! We come to the smokies every year and spend hundreds going out to have fun. We had all the fun here, so i saved a ton not having to go out nearly as much as we usually would. Awesome place!

Great communication but not what we expected

The host had great communication and tried to address any issues we brought up to them. I don't usually leave many detailed reviews but this place was not what we expected. I will say the place was much smaller than I thought it was going to be. The bathrooms were tiny and hard to move around in. The living room area couch was only for two people and there really was not another area to hangout and lounge. The pool was so small you can't really even swim, there were three of us and when we all got in there was no room to do anything. We did have issues with the breaker going out a few times for the upstairs room but they did send instructions on how to fix. It was hot in most of the cabin even with the additional portable unit they brought us. I don't think it got below 74 degrees the whole time we were there. Another issue was that there were many spiders and spider webs. We even found one in one of the beds one night. I know that this host is trying to make this place nice but I would not stay here again.
