Relaxing experience

We had a wonderful trip with friends. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great weekend get away!

We really enjoyed our weekend trip to Pigeon Forge for my son's 11th birthday. We took him to Dollywood so this place was in the perfect location. It met all of our basic needs we needed. Thank you!

Nice getaway

It was a well kept property with a hot tub. Everything worked except the ice maker. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was stocked with adequate supply of towels.

Getaway

Nicely updated unit. The hot tub was so enjoyable! The kitchen had enough of the basics to cook a good family meal. The unit was close enough to attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle to better relax.

My stay

Had a great time. I will say that the fenced in area is just a partial fenced in area so if you have dogs make note of that. The girls loved the bunk beds. Ice machine in fridge wasnt working. But i didnt need ice so i didnt bring it up to the owners. Master bedroom was spacious. We had an awesome time.

Should've Stayed in the Hotel

The power was out when we arrived (not the owner's fault). However the fire alarms were beeping. I thought it was low batteries so I was just going to change them. It was beeping because the power was out and the fire alarm was hard wired. My kids are very small and cannot sleep with that sound going off. I messaged the owners. I did not get a response. My family and I ended staying in a hotel the first night. We finally received a response the next morning. The property was not clean when we got there. The floor had lots of dirt and dust. My wife had to sweep so the kids could play. There were bugs in the kitchen. Not your typical home in the mountains bugs. They were small brown german cockroaches. Not many. 3-4. We ended up not leaving food in the kitchen at all. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The kids loved their room and the bunk beds. They loved the arcade machine and having a tv in their room. I would not stay there again.

Clean but cheaply furnished. No extras. Very basic.

House was clean. Smelled strong of cleaner when we arrived. Furnishing and decor are very cheap, very basic pieces and nothing else. Appliances are older. No ice. Noisy fridge. Very minimal kitchen utensils. Flooring was bubbled up in some areas and other than two area rugs under the upstairs beds there are no rugs in the place. Hot tub area was sketchy. Just a tub sitting in the middle of rocks. Looks like the neighbor in the back had thrown large pieces of old furniture over the fence and it was just steps away from hot tub. Not the best atmosphere to relax. Hot tub did NOT appear to have been drained and refilled after the last guests as the ad says. Communication with host wasn’t great. I asked twice if we could arrange an early check-in and both times the host would not give an answer. They said they would have to check with their cleaning service and would me know asap and then they never got back with me. Overall we had a nice stay. We made do and though it wasn’t the most comfortable, we were pleased that it was clean. It has potential but needs updates.
