Getting Around:
Conveniently located in--between both Pigeon Forge, where you are just 15 minutes from Dollywood and 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Pets welcome - guests are responsible for any damage. Maximum of 2 pets.

All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
