Kitchen floors absolutely FILTHY! Cleaner was supposed to come back but floors still nasty. Host was to check w/cleaner and get back to me. Never did. Host never gave me codes to check in until I messaged him less than 8 hours from when we were to check in. Mold in shower upstairs. Messaged host 4 days before checkin asking about coffee maker. No response. Asked again day before checkin. No response. Main living area dusty and found very dusty shoes behind couch. Pool was good but pool person left door of house unlocked the day they checked on pool. Neighborhood was nice and close to most things.

The property and location were pretty good but the AC unit, and the Wi-Fi were not working for the first couple of days which was frustrating and upsetting. The pool was also not clean and contained a lot of insects and flies. We were later moved to another property which was better but the pool was still not clean as well. It was later cleaned but I feel our family vacation experienced unnecessary disruptions that could have been avoided with proper inspections and double-checking of the property beforehand.
