WILDLIFE WARNING During the fall season here in Sevierville, you may occasionally notice small flying insects like lady beetles, boxelder bugs, or harmless stink bugs trying to enter the home — especially in the evenings when indoor lights attract them. These bugs are common in the Smoky Mountain area at this time of year and are not dangerous, but they can be a nuisance. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch, but may not be for everyone.
Please keep doors and windows closed whenever possible to help prevent them from entering the home. Use the screen doors if you’d like to enjoy fresh air. Additionally, avoid leaving the porch or deck lights on when not in use to reduce flying insects near the home.
If you encounter these indoors, gently catch and release them outdoors, or use a tissue to remove them. Thank you for helping minimize the presence of bugs inside the home.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
