The Piney Perch is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This custom built cabin is the perfect place to get away and recharge! Enjoy all the comforts of the home (plus some) while being tucked away in the trees with nature (& wifi!) We are Dog friendly (1 Max and must be listed in the reservation). Must be crated when not there.

The Space:
The Piney Perch is the perfect cabin for families! The vaulted ceilings allow the natural light to pour in and provide an unobstructed, peaceful view of the water.
We can comfortably sleep as many as 5 depending on your needs. The master bedroom is private and offers a king bed and flatscreen TV. The "nook" area is open to the living room and has a set of bunk beds with twin XL over Queen and a TV-perfect for the kids
The stacked stone gas fireplace completes the cabin ambiance and has a worry free automatic turn off timer. Perfect for cozy nights in.
The cabin is predominately open concept making it an ideal place to gather and spend quality time together.
The kitchen is fully equip with all the comforts of home and will make cooking away from home a breeze.
The half wrap around porch offers some great outdoor living space for relaxing and getting lost in a good book. The hot tub is nestled on the deck, under a canopy of trees and stars. The perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Guest access
Guests will have access and use to the entire space with the exception of any locked off owner/management closets. We do ask that guests check with us if they arrive early, often times we have maintenance items scheduled between guests.
Other things to note:
Down by the water you have the option to enjoy our private dock and picnic table. You can bring your fishing poles and try your luck at catching a fish or enjoy lunch at the picnic table. PLEASE USE CAUTION when accessing this area as there are lots of steps and it is steep. We are unsure what kind of fish are in the pond but welcome guests to send pictures of what they catch! No fishing license is required.
We are Dog friendly (1 Max). Please note while we are dog friendly, you will have to walk up steps to take your dog to use the bathroom! Dogs must be crated if left unattended in cabin.
You must also list your dog in the reservation so our cleaners know to allow more time when you check out, if you fail to do so, an extra fee may apply on top of the $85 pet fee.
During your stay we provide starter amount of toilet paper and dish washer
detergent.
