非常失望！公寓設計不好，洗手間大而無當，用餐區及沙发区很小又不舒適，連行李喼都沒有地方打开的感覺。對面有一個很大的地盤，工人居然工作至深夜，噪音不小。由於公寓樓下有餐廳，人來人往很雜，不建議居住。

Recently, there have been noise disturbances caused by renovation on the 2nd floor of the Silver Court Development which is not under Fraser Residence’s management. As from the 5th floor and below, the Residence is connected to the office block, inadvertently, the renovation has also affected the Residence building. The Management of Fraser Residence had provided our feedback to the Property Management who had assisted to negotiate with the tenant on the 2nd floor. We seek your understanding and apologies for the inconvenience caused. If you happen to return to Shanghai for business or leisure in the future, please do feel free to give us your new schedule. The overall cleanliness and service is fine however I have checked in at possibly one of the worst time... There’s construction right at the other side of the building (it’s connected!). The work started as early as 7:30am, not to mention it’s impossible to sleep, I feel unrest even sitting inside my hotel room...the staff compensated me with complimentary breakfast and promise of a free upgrade next time I check in, but this construction would take a long time...I don’t think I’d come back again...and I won’t recommend anyone here unless you plan to leave the hotel room by 7:30am each day...it’s just not worth the money

住宿數天整體而言還不錯，唯獨一處讓我有點小意見，我們訂的是三人房，我在入住時已經要求三套浴巾，也與櫃台電話聯繫此事三次，但奇怪的是永遠給兩套，我電話要求也未見處理，最後我是直接找樓管才終於在最後一天獲得改善，我感謝該樓管，但我對於貴飯店之櫃台橫向聯繫不佳頗感驚訝。
