「非常顺利，早餐非常不错！」

「Food was exceptionally good with great choice. Staff pleasant and helpful.」

「The room was small but very well maintained and clean. The breakfast you could not fault, although you had to give your choice on the night before which personally not in favour of. The staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient. The situation in the middle of the village ideal and parking on site, excellent. No dogs allowed on site which I am in favour of.」

「Every thing was excellent 😍」

「The room was lovely & comfortable. The Evening meal was delicious. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. It didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and wasn’t very hot & not very well cooked. A shame. If we stay again we will not pay extra for the breakfast.」

「Lovely house with fab view of the Eden Valley.」

「Great room, bed, air conditioning and general vibe. Would return happily」

「The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

「We had a fantastic stay! The room was big, the TV worked well and the en-suite was great. Breakfast was nice.」

「The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.」

「Excellent breakfasts, well organised. Room clean and welcoming. Only issue was the parking which was a bit of a lottery」

「We stayed in room 5 for 4 nights, it is a spacious, quiet and clean room. The host is vey nice and breakfast is excellent.」
