For instance, I thought furniture was missing in the room I was first assigned. The front desk attendant moved me to a different room and explained the theory behind Spark. Danielle was excellent and made sure I was happy and assisted me when I forgot some jewelry. If I am ever in Front Royal again, I would stay……

“There were cleanliness issues in the room and breakfast ended 30 minutes before the time relayed at check-in by the front desk. I have not had similar issues at this chain before. Otherwise the hotel is new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly.”
