“We had a lovely stay at the wash house! Trisha and her family were very welcoming and kind. Their 2 dogs were also so friendly and sweet, we loved having them around. The house was stocked with yummy snacks and drinks. It had everything we needed. Would stay here again for our next trip to Harrisonburg. ”

“Cottage is as advertised plus more. Location was smack in the of attractions and restaurants. When asking questions the reply is quick. Cottage was clean and fully stocked. This was our first VRBO where coffee, sugar and cream was supplied so it was one less thing to pack for our trip. Bed was comfortable with enough blankets to bake under (we had to remove one of the comforter). If you forget any toiletries dont worry they have a basket of commonly used items. They think of everything for you……

“It was just what we needed for parents weekend getaway. Fire pit and theater room were enjoyed! One of the 2 larger beds (queen or full)- was a firm memory style bed-very comfortable-the other was less comfortable due to the mattress cover that was waterproof and crinkly. I wasn’t able to get the living room fireplace to work-could be that I didn’t know how to work it or the remote needed fresh batteries. The toaster didn’t work (and yes, I turned it on). But it was quiet and nice! —just know……

“Absolutely fantastic. The house is super clean and very cute. The amenities were really well thought out - soft fluffy towels, good sheets and a really well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Water pressure in the shower is great. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Backyard is super cute too with a great seating area. The neighborhood is good, it’s near a grocery store and the driveway is long if you did need to park multiple cars. For the price especially, I would highly……

The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. It was peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. “Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon.”
