"Very clean room, all staff were so polite, patient, caring and accommodating! Breakfast is absolutely delicious and I immediately felt comfortable and safe when entering my room. Spacious as well with lots of "storage" areas, enough to be able to unpack and feel even more at home. Charlie's and pizza depot which is advertised throughout the hotel were probably some of the best places I've had food from in a long long time. Had my budget/wallet accommodated for it I would've stayed a lot longer-although I wasn't financially able to the rooms were fairly priced and they allow cash for the security deposit as well which was awesome! 10/10 I would stay again and absolutely recommend here for either a family or single stay!"

"Convenient location"

"We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to have been able to allow the kids to grab something to eat. Otherwise our stay was perfect!!!"

" It is to date, my worst hotel experience. I arrived to find out the room I booked was not available. The hotel had it out of order but this was not communicated to the 3rd party booker. Then at first they would'nt match my room price with another room because they only had doubles. The employee tried to tell me they couldn't do that. Then once I said I would mention in the review, she then adjusted my price to match. Then I go to the room. Dark, poorly lit halls. A musty oder throughout the hotel. I then enter my room. Two burned out bulbs. A shower/tub with a half dozen stainds a possibly cig burns. A very old boxspring/woodframe pair of full size beds withwhat felt like low end mattresses. Ladty and the most alarming issues. The dead bolt lick had been cut off and obviously not replaced. It apeats it was cut from a previous forced entry. Ill include a pic if an option is given."

"No remote for tv. Got a remote, tv wasn't working. Had to get maintenance to fix it. No staff to answer the phone or at front desk. Waited a half hour before someone even came on to check us in. "

"The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. "
