「The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming...

「Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.」

「We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay.」

「Fabulous from check in to check out. I stayed one night, midweek. I made use of the spa, which was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The lady at check-in was so warm and welcoming. Room has everything you need including fridge with complementary water, coffee machine, hairdryer, and toiletries. Cannot wait to stay again」

「Breakfast was terrible. No cups,cutlery and no food left. Total rubbish.If it’s included in the cost it’s ok.Do not pay extra for it There is a Mcds and a service station attached with plenty of reasonable eateries.」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」
