"We stayed two nights in the 270° Playful Room and were very impressed by the hotel’s design and atmosphere. The property is modern, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Our room was comfortable and the panoramic view was truly stunning.
However, the breakfast experience did not match the overall quality of the hotel. The food was just okay (for example, frozen dim sum), and coffee from the bar was not available. The bigger issue was the lack of staff—only two people were managing the entire breakfast area when we visited. Tables were not reset after being cleared, and we had to search for a place to sit.
The live-cooking stations were also quite chaotic, with guests pushing to reach the food. Unfortunately, my pregnant wife was pushed several times while trying to get noodles. Because of this, we decided not to return to the breakfast on our second morning, even though it was included in our stay.
The hotel has great potential and clearly stands out from big chains thanks to its modernity and beautiful design. With improvements to service—especially at breakfast—it could become a truly exceptional place to stay."
