“房間清潔、員工有禮貌、早餐合適、附近環境好、方便遊玩”

“Convenient location, nice staff and clean environments. Dinner and breakfast are great and delicious. But the equipment, decorations in one of the two onsen was not good enough to have a five star rating. ”

“A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.”

“寝室、お風呂で快適に過ごすことができました。 重い荷物は従業員さんが使用される荷物用エレベーターで運んでいただけたので大変助かりました。 ありがとうございました。”

“It was a beautiful place to stay with a lovely room and a modern bathroom attached. The old style was really beautiful with the dark wood. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and used it as a base for Kamikochi and the wasabi farm and cycle in Azumino as well as the Castle in Matsumoto itself.”
