Clean room, and generally very polite friendly staff- but one was extremely rude to me on arrival.
We didn’t like the lack of light in the bedroom – it was hard to unpack, in midwinter , without straining one’s eyes!
The café was an unwelcoming and unfortunate place: we wanted a cup of tea and a piece of cake, or at least a biscuit on arrival. All that was available to eat, without choosing something off the menu, was chocolate bars.
It was also very noisy and dark with flashing lights. Not what you wanted to welcome you, after you had travelled a long way to get there.
The breakfast was acceptable, but it seemed to have been sourced on the cheap. Furthermore, we did not like the Starbucks coffee in the café.
