「Our room was on the first floor, above the pub. You can probably imagine how busy it can get at night. We can clearly hear everything from downstairs which make us cannot sleep. The whole building is old 」

「The property was well positioned. The Cotswolds are BUSY, so it was great to have somewhere to stay out of the busyness. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size (room 2). No aircon which was an issue in the latest heatwave. The staff did try to help by putting a fan in the room. We used the restaurant for dinner and there was a wide selection of choices. This can also be said about breakfast.」

「飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay.」

「Staff were amazing, shout out to Rob in the bar, willing to go out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and adaptable, creating a mocktail which was delicious and exactly what I had wanted. Unfortunately, these days, if something is not a quick fix then customer service often goes out of the window… not here! All staff were attentive and happy to acknowledge requests when necessary. Breakfast service was wonderful, great selection which was replenished...

「Perfect family suite with two bedrooms. Roof hatch was fun to have, functional as well as aesthetic. 6 minutes ride to the Stow center, good uber availability.」
