"Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too."

"First of all, heavy smokers sit at the entrance to the hotel and this fills the lobby and elevators with smoke. The service at the bar is terrible and very unkind. There are no toiletries in the room at all. The shower is great and the bed is excellent. But the smoking and the staff spoiled the score."
