"We recently stayed at Novotel Brisbane Airport and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was extremely professional and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day of travel. Everything was well presented and maintained to a high standard. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and a special thank you to Shalvin in the kitchen for doing such a great job. Your effort and quality didn’t go unnoticed! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Arrived at the international terminal, got a taxi to the hotel, lovely friendly welcome from the overnight staff, room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay after a 24 hour flight "

"Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park. Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required? Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you."

"Front desk staff were very attentive and friendly as were the dining room staff. Compliments to the chef as my meal was also great. The suite was also great, well laid out and very clean. It could have done with some tea spoons for coffee though. "
