Parking was secure and access to the room was easy once I got in. The room was temperate and comfortable but the Apartment building is new and getting onto town was a drive away. After driving 6 hours to get there I would have preferred to have been told prior to arrival that I needed my car to go ...

Staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. Bed and lounge need to be updated. Lounge is sunken in the middle and the bed felt like one side had broken slats. We stay at Monterey often and this was the worst nights sleep we have ever had.
