「房間乾淨，頂樓溫泉很舒服。
不過房間內部應該是有點老舊了，房間內的電器（冷氣等）外殼看起來都有點泛黃舊舊的。
房間內的浴室很小。」

「It is a great-design modern hotel, excellent staff, wonderful onsen. Only concern may be the shuttle bus is exclusive to their clients booking directly from their web. The staff helped me to reserve taxi, so no problem at all. The dinner is surprisingly remarkable.」

「The staff are helpful. It is actually not that far away from Tonmei IC as google suggested. There is a quick way to get there. Betterment a message to the hotel to ask how to get there. There are shuttles starting from 10am to reach Gotemba station.」

I had a wonderful stay at Ulalena, had a memorable new year eve, it was the perfect way to start 2024. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Goshi san and his team were really nice and kind, we were very well taken care of (very warm and homey). I will definitely recommend my friends and family when they visit Shizuka!
Highly recommend!
