The location of this unit is perfect for your families next getaway, park the car and walk to local cafes, restaurants, clubs, convenient stores, magnificent choice of beaches and the famous Tomaree Mountain for the breathtaking views of the entire peninsula.

Tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and comfortably furnished throughout, open plan living, and dining area flows through to the fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities such as an oven, microwave and fridge as well as the utensils to cook up a storm.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has the second TV, the bathroom has recently been renovated and provides the ease of a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry is external from the unit and is shared between the complex, it provides a top loader washing machine and dryer which are both coin operated.

There are two car spaces available that are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with jet ski.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Small, but clean and in a perfect location

Cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 Size... Just big enough. More of a landing spot apartment than one you'd spend latge chunks of your day in. The queen bedroom was very small for 2 adults, but we did have a portable cot adding to the tightness. Only other thing is that the key pickup/drop off is a car ride away in Nelson Bay.

Location, Location.

The unit was clean and tidy. There is no dishwasher (which I had not specifically checked in the online description), which was OK because we ate out mostly. The bathroom is very small, the shower extremely so. The location was fabulous though. We walked to most places. The ample parking was a bonus. The street was quiet, despite being close to the centre of Shoal Bay. Nice little getaway.

Great stay

Very nice stay. Close to beach and shops. Apartment was small but nice. Very clean. Oven doesn’t work and could do with air-conditioning.
