“The rooms and I say rooms because we had to refuse the first room which had faulty central heating, excessive water on bathroom floor and a bed with worn out mattresses. To add insult to injury they threaten to call the police instead of offering another room when my wife complained. The second room also had flooded bathroom, broken TV, faulty window and faulty heating we endured the three nights but will never return. ”
