「The only criticism I would have was that our bed was supposed to be a king size, however it was just 2 mattresses pushed together」

「This is our second stay here and once again we've had a lovely time, so much so ive booked anothe stay for December. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was perfect for us. The hotel is in the city centre and is a short walk from the cinema, many pubs, restaurants and shops. 」

「Very nice hotel inside - few wear and tear items but nothing I couldn't live with. Staff were always friendly and nice, often having to deal with some perverse remarks from other guests. They respect your privacy, especially if you're there on business or for confidential reasons.」

「All staff were very professional, helpful and courteous at all times. The room was easily 5***** and exceptional value. The food and service in general were second to none. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to visitors both social or business stays. We will very definitely be saying there again. 「Our room was very clean. Check in was very smooth. You have to register your vehicle at check in to get parking. I myself am coeliac ,and the staff in the resteraunt were absolutely brilliant. They went out of there way to give me all my gluten free food for breakfast. Will definitely be staying there when I need somewhere to stay in that area . 」

「Beautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.」

「We loved this two level room with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and access to a bathroom. Upstairs room was hot and no window access so access to fan would be good. Able to cook with all we needed except a pizza slicer. Ferry meadows 20 minute walk and able to leave car whilst running event. 」
