Cabin Rentals in Shropshire

"2.5. The parking is convinient and well priced, but my car did end up absolutely covered in bird poo. The spaces are small and a bit tricky too. There was a dirty towel with some brown patches on, very off-putting seeing this post shower. The room is boiling and it's hard to cool it down (this was in March). The walls seem a bit thin as we could hear the TV pretty clearly from other rooms throughout the day and into the evening. The staff are friendly and nice enough. The location of the hotel was good. "

"Central location of hotel is excellent. The room I was initially allocated had damaged drawers but the staff willingly offered an alternative room which was fine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - thank you for a lovely stay x"

"Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. The highlight to all this that made it a bit better, was Liz who worked at the breakfast station who was very welcoming and apologised for the room service mishap. Her and all the staff we interacted with were all great. We would probably stay again, but we would eat dinner somewhere else before and either bring breakfast with us or checkout early and get something on the road"

"Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. "

"Great welcome from the blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was excellent delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh towels daily. Nothing was too much trouble by team Falcon. Parking was easy and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel."
