「We stayed in a twin room .beds comfortable but room very narrow. No mirror to do hair.toilet roll holder broken. Friendly staff in restaurant, lovely food. Not much disabled parking which made things difficult. Lovely treatments in spa.」

「The hotel was in need of some tender loving care. It had clearly been a formidable building in its day and stood in extensive grounds but 3 centuries of wear have not been kind. There was no problem with cleanliness and the staff were excellent. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We chose this hotel because of the leisure facilities and we were not disappointed.
