「Stayed here for 2 nights great location parking on site which is extra £5 per night paid to at the hotel which should really be included in price not an extra. Staff were friendly and helpful.Room was very tired and dated and hadn't seen a proper clean for years stains everywhere bodge jobs everywhere that have been done in the past which hadnt been finished,however bedding was fresh and clean and this was only a base to sleep for us but definitely not an £100 + a night hotel in desperate need...

「Gorgeous hall with lake view, super helpful staff , comfortable room, great breakfast … unfortunately the jacuzzi and thermal suite in the spa were not working so for a weekend spa break it’s not good luckily we had other things planned and for us it was a lovely weekend escape」

「This pub is located in the very centre of the town an thus walking distance from most attractions and restaurants. The place is clean though rather basic with few amenities. No breakfast is on offer. Our problem was that the bedrooms appear to have been built into this historic building with little or no sound proofing. The noise from the bar below sounds in the bedroom as if was coming out of the wardrobe! The music played seemed to be a challenge to the drinkers to shout over it. We could get...

「Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures」

「No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath. Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed...
