「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「The property was extremely humid and cold, full of black mold, and frankly quite scary. It was located in a dark council estate, 4 rooms shared a minuscule bathroom. There was constantly a line. 「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
