Perfect for a BIG family!

Great location. Can easily walk downtown to restaurants and also very close to the beach. The pool was a wonderful bonus for the children.

Amazing location for great price

You cannot beat the location of this place. Very close to both the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. Would recommend getting a golf cart but not needed. The place was beautiful and we had such a great time. Would highly recommend!

Family 90th Birthday Celebration!

Our visit staying at this property on Siesta Key was so much fun! A fantastic location, fun pool for all ages, so clean such b comfortable beds and wonderful communication with property management company. We will return to this property for future family celebration!!!!

Great house in the perfect location!

We loved our family vacation in this house! Plenty of room for all 17 of us (8 adults and 9 children) and perfect location with easy beach access. Pool was awesome and nothing we would have changed - it was perfect for us!

GREAT PLACE

Really love the pool and amenities. Place is pretty much a new home, and gorgeous. Nice getaway and a ton of bedrooms for all our friends. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

The house is very well-equipped for a large group. We had a lot of fun at the pool, at the beach which is just a short walk from the house, and spending time all together up on the deck. We would love to come back again in the future and recommend this home and Siesta Key to other families and large groups!

Mother/Daughter Spring Break Fun

The house was perfect for our spring break trip. The girls had a room to share and each mom had their own room. We gathered in the kitchen, on the deck, and by the pool. The walk to the Village and the beach was short and simple. It was an amazing trip.

Amazing

This was easily one of our best family vacations. The property was perfect. It really was everything we expected and so much more. The pool was amazing. The rental manager was easy to access and responded quickly to any question/ concern I had. My family will definitely be returning in the future.

Great family vacation!

Our family recently had a reunion in Siesta Key to celebrate our parents 80th birthday. This house far exceeded our expectations. The Check-in process was very easy, and the Property Manager was available at all times to address any questions we had and was able to come immediately when we had trouble with the sliding door and the powder room. The house was perfectly located - walking distance to the beach and the village. It was clean and well maintained. The elevator came in handy for our older parents as there are 4 floors with the main family room being on the top floor.

Great location

We stayed with a group of 15 age ranges 4-80. Plenty of room for everyone, kids loved the pool and slide. Great location. We have stayed in several luxury rentals and this one did not seem up to par. Including a golf cart would have been very helpful. Overall the house was everything we needed and the location and city were great.

Excellent location

We absolutely love this home. The location is perfect from the village shops and restaurants & the beach. The check in process is extremely easy. The contact was quick and detailed. The property was clean and felt very well furnished. Lots of room to hang out in groups or space out for some privacy throughout the stay. Pool is fun for all ages! Highly recommend Dana as she is fantastic and professional.

Great Family Vacation

Great time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and their families. The accommodations were fantastic! We loved the pool and the kids loved the slide. Well, all of us loved the slide. The 8 bedrooms were very nice and accommodating for our kids and their little ones! Dana did a great job helping us with anything we needed. We will be back and rent through SKLR! Thanks for making our anniversary so special!
