“We wanted a clean, inexpensive beachfront hotel for a quick trip and this dod not disappoint. Check-in was quick and simple. The corner room was beachside and poolside. You cannot see the ocean from lower level because of the dunes. Next time, we may opt to stay upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. Simple furnishings, but everything you need was supplied in the bathroom and kitchenette. Extra coffee packets were provided by the lobby staff. The pool was clean and refreshing. There……

“The keyless check in was a disaster, consuming much pre-arrival customer time, only to be overridden with a physical key being issued in the end. Obtaining the key required traveling to a sister hotel over a mile away. We were told "They were having internet problems". The coffee machine had a cup of stale coffee in the overflow well. There was poor communication in the room about the location of items like the ice machine. It turns out the machine was a block away in a separate building. And so……

“The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Hotel lobby guys were very nice and helpful. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk to the Biscuit Factory.”
