Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month at The Lite House this year. It seems to be our second home for February. After owning a rental beach condo for 20 years myself, I would suggest small yearly upgrades that I haven't seen here over the last few years. The appliances are getting tired especially the dishwasher ( 10 years old). Although the washer /dryer looks relatively new,it could do a better job. None of these things detracted from a great experience however."

"Great location minutes from beach and walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Host Brandon was responsive and helpful and clearly wants you to have a great experience. Apartment is freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds very comfy too. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice, up-to-date property.The location is excellent, especially if you just want to walk around to all of the local shops, stores, and restaurants.No need to rent a golf cart.Staff at forgotten Shores was truly excellent.They responded to my requests pretty much in real time.They also were helpful at extending my stay for a week and even lent me a nice office chair so I could do a bit of work"
