"This location is perfect. Great to walk right out your door on a boardwalk right to the beach, and restaurants are so close, you can walk. The view is wonderful. We liked this place so much, this was our second stay. Only suggestion is to get the icemaker working on the fridge and clean the ceiling fans."

"It was great in every way. The only thing we did not like was that the thermostat was not able to be turned very low. Kind of hot for sleeping."

"Great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The place appeared very clean and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Had beautiful beach and gulf view. Easy access to beach and we used AJ’s beach rental service for daily set up and take down of chairs and umbrellas. They did a great job! The family room “couches” were actually what appeared to be twin beds that were deeper than a couch so used a few pillows to support us when watching TV at night. Michelle responded quickly to any questions or problems. Would definitely recommend this listing "

"House was well maintained and clean. Very close to restaurants, lighthouse, and other attractions. Could have a drink and walk back."

"This is a great little house with direct beach access. Everything was clean and well furnished. There were some minor things that could use handyman attention, but that seems to always be the case with rental properties. I gave 4 stars on communication because I messaged the host when we got into town and never heard back, but it wasnt a big deal, no telling what might be happening in their life. Would definitely visit again."

"beautiful place, very clean but needs a bit of maintenance. also TV did not work reliably, but that's not why we went there so no big deal. Overall I love the coastal decor, old-fashioned B&B feel, and all the workers were exceptional"
