“Staff was very courteous and helpful. We style in one of the « Treehouse «  rooms and enjoyed the covered deck. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was excellent! Everything was spotless. The only negative was one night of noisy neighbors til midnight. The facility is a couple of miles from downtown so transportation costs can be high if you don’t use the complementary bicycles.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Elysian Hotel in Placencia and can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the staff were. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team here went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for our family. From thoughtful help day-to-day to genuine kindness toward our children, it truly made a difference in our trip. “The condo was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything in town, and the staff was wonderful. We also loved the meals at the resort. On warmer days, enjoy direct beach access and sea kayaks, and bikes were also available. The concierge also set up and personally guided one of the best snorkeling days ,with local area knowledge. Our stay ended with a very comfortable, included ride to the municipal airport. 10/10 would stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay at umaya. The beach is awesome. The whole pool area/chairs/dock and set up are awesome too. So great that you can also borrow Kayaks and paddle boards (which we did) to have morning paddles when the ocean is calmer. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff helpful and accommodating and the food at the hotel was good as well. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket (10 min drive) close to umaya without having to always make the drive……

“The location of coral cove is stunning, directly on the beach which is combed every day and lined with palm trees, just beautiful. Free kayak and bike hire is a great bonus, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit basic and the only vegan breakfast option was fruit, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back. ”

“Great stay staff were all wonderful room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was awesome both food and service. Pool was large has a swim up bar. We were welcomed on arrival by an alligator (leave him alone and he’ll leave you alone) and lots of Iguana’s. Would recommend renting a vehicle or golf cart the village is about a 30 minute drive. ”

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”
