「Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and...

「Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience.」

「The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available. The bathroom was very clean, great...
