- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $100 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Please make sure to use the outdoor shower to cleanse your feet after going to the beach so we can prevent clogged drains.
