T1 (Turismo de Portugal 10652 / AL), in excellent condition and very comfortable (furnished upscale), situated in the green belt of the pedestrian seafront promenade (reclassified area of ​​Mini Golf) by the sea and the beach. Excellent location to beach

The apartment was wonderful and just steps to an amazing beach. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Transportation is at a distance - the bus is a distance from the apartment. A vehicle would be good to have and there is parking underground in the premises.

In de zomer zal dit appartement best lekker zijn, maar in januari en februari was het redelijk koud en op het balkon heb je slechts een uur de zon; van 15.00 - 16.00 uur. Wel zit je lekker dicht bij de boulevard en het strand. Het appartement was keurig verzorgd

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Nous sommes satisfaits dans l'ensemble de notre séjour au Portugal et plus particulièrement à Armaçao De Pera. A cette période de l'année, le temps était frais le matin ainsi qu'en fin d'après midi mais très beau et sans pluie. Le logement était confortable, toutefois au début du séjour, nous avons souffert du froid et de l'humidité durant les 4 à 5 premiers jours. A noter qu'il y a une circulation d'air frais entre la porte d'entrée et les ouvertures de façade. Les deux petits radiateurs portatifs sont bien utiles mais trop bruyant. Le reste du séjour s'est bien déroulé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région. La période de fin Octobre est idéale car moins touristique. L'eau était encore à 22°. L'appartement de César est confortable, avec les commerces à proximité et il est bien situé pour les visites.

Portugal 2018 stay

We booked the unit later in the year than originally planned. As a result we ended up with a unit that did not face the ocean nor had a balcony deck that you could sit on to see some portion of the ocean. The bedroom was not facing the ocean either.We had these features in 2017 and were disappointed that we did not enjoy the same features again. The unit was clean , the owner and family very helpful but we missed out on the extras that we expected. Staying 3 months in the same unit , you want to fully enjoy the experience of an ocean frontage , and unfortunately , we did not.

Good but little bit dark appartment

We stayed a week at Armação de Pêra. We know the place and wanted an appartment in the center of town, which this absolutely is. The apartment is clean, well furnished and has a very nice kitchen. Everything you need is present. The living is a bit narrow and therefore there is very less daylight coming into the appartment, which in the heat of summer is probably a blessing but in the winter is not. The balcony is very small, you barely can sit on it. The bedroom has a window to the corridor side, so when the neighbours come home and you like sleeping with the window open, they can peep in as they walk by, and also everything they say sounds very loud, as if they were in the room. The tv has only 4 (children's) channels but the WiFi is okay though. The contact with the owner was very pleasant, he was helpfull and the description he gave to get to the appartment was accurate and functional. If the appartment have had front seaview and sunshine inside, we surely would have come back!

We had a very good time. The apartment was well looking. We had a good contact with Cesar Saramogo. The emails were kindly and informative. And always prepared to bring solutions to our questions. Best wishes for 2018.

Very convenient place to stay just a few meters from beach.

The Apartment we was more than happy with could have stayed there another few weeks.Lovely furnishings, comfortable beds,plenty of towels and bedding ,very clean , excellent internet connection.would return.

Gute Lage,wirklich nicht weit zum Strand und Promenade!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet.Die Zusatz-Betten,verkleidet als Sofa sind prima. Für den Sommer nicht zu heiss, für den Winter gut geschützt und leicht warm zu halten.Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Einziger Negativpunkt: kein deutsches Fernsehen und Radio !
