Villa Copacabana is a modern and bright property, ideal for family holidays, with spacious and comfortable interiors. It perfectly combines tranquility, convenience and fun, offering the ideal setting for unforgettable moments.



The living and dining room, located on the ground floor, provides a welcoming and functional space, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a games room with a pool table, table football and arcade machine.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one twin. All bedrooms on this level have access to a balcony overlooking the outdoor area, and one of the double rooms also has direct access to the rooftop terrace, where a comfortable outdoor seating area invites you to relax at the end of the day.



The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the exterior of the house.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), barbecue and outdoor dining area offer great moments of leisure and togetherness.



Located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.



The changeover day for this property is Sunday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 19th to the 26th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
