Villa Myles: Beachfront

Villa Myles is a coastal inspired, modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with a gorgeous view of the sunset and Burgeaux Bay in Dutch St. Maarten. Located in Beacon Hill, Villa Myles is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife and a supermarket.



Guests will have access to all areas of the property.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Myles is not set up to be a party house. Villa Myles is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11.00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.

Villa Myles has undergone a complete renovation. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliaces glasses, dishes, cutlery and utensils are all provided. The property offers smart tv's for your entertainment and strong Wi Fi connectivity is available throughout the villa and the pool deck area. There is parking for up to 2 cars. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are about a 15 20 minute walk away.
