“Staff”

“This is a good spot to stay on vacation. Nice pool, laundry on site, refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just OK. Not much on offer. No eggs or sausage. But there is a Waffle House, a Cracker Barrel and a McDonalds across the street. Parking was great. ”

“Shocked to discover Embassy Suites was no longer. Replaced by Hiltons Spark. No notification. Had undergone extensive renovations. Pool closed. Counted on that amenity. Weather was very hot. Looking forward to cooling off in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Hotel renovations will be completed soon. It will be attractive and comfortable. Crystal was wonderful to work with.”

“Thankful”

“The people were very apologetic and very kind. But they could clean the place up a lot better. It wasnt bad for the price. But it wasnt great either. Caked on dirt on top of the base tiles in the bathroom. The door didnt shut well and had no handle on it the first night. They fixed it the next day. Need usb ports near the bed. Just get some of the wall plug things and add to the room. It would work great. Like I said very nice people just need to clean it up some more. Pool was shut……

“If you are looking for the perfect spot for peace and quiet look no further. The view with of the pond was incredible, not to mention the fishing, big kitchen for cooking and plenty of seating, indoor pickle ball court was amazing and very comfortable beds, can’t wait to return. ”

“The interior of the house is even better than the pictures online. We absolutely loved our stay. Franklin is a cute town. We like to sit on the porch with coffee and watch traffic (be sure to bring your own chairs for this). The foyer is also super cute! FYI for those who mind, the house is on a busy street, so there’s always traffic going by and its somewhat noisy. It didn’t bother us, but that might make a difference to some people. ”
