The staff seemed pretty friendly and was good about letting us know information and details. It does look like they have a bit of construction going on, which is understandable sometimes things need upgrades. The first room we got was no good but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another. I think the 2 most disappointing things were the pool is temporary closed and there was no fridge in our room. It looked like there was a spot for a fridge.

Not the safeties area for a solo traveler despite the affordable option . Could use some renovation and bedroom maintenance from fixing clogged toilets beforehand, shampooing the carpet more thoroughly, and checking bedsheet stains especially the pillows.

Check in was at 3pm when I arrived was told it was going to be an hour to 2 before a room was cleaned. The pool has been shut down so no amenities provided. Asked to cancel reservation as was room was not ready and no pool. Also hallways dirty and staff was not helpful at all. Did not stay

The AC sounded like a lawn mower engine. The bed was okay, no bugs at least. Staff were nice. Pool was okay. Good budget option if you just need a cheap place to stay.

Absolutely disgusting.. room smelled horrid as soon as you walked in of piss soaked carpets.. couldn't even walk around without shoes on as the carpet was sticky. Holes in walls, doors falling apart, ceiling holes, trash scattered outside everywhere, just disgusting... only thing going for them is the waterslide. We canceled our 2nd night and will be pursuing a full refund, would have left same night of check in had it not been so late. I see now why they say no refunds upon booking.. because they are absolute trash and they know it.

Very poor service, very noisy, garbage all over by court yard, screws and zip ties to keep enterences propped open all night, smelled like weed horribly in hallways, had to wait at front desk 20 min. or better before anyone came. Called on phone that was provided but no one ever answered, breakfast put out with no serving spoons and could never find anyone to get any. The list could go on but NEVER AGAIN will we stay there.

Was given the wrong room to begin with. That room was not well cleaned. When I went to inform them of the mistake they blamed it on Expedia for sending the wrong info. Had to wait for a room more to what I reserved. Still was not the cleanest in the world. Definitely will not be staying here again. Staff was all new. TV didn't work. Half the lights in the room didn't work. Security was substandard at best. Push bar on outside door was zip tied to prevent it from even latching. Would not recommend staying here if you can avoid it.

There was only one staff member plus the manager to assist guests, plus the pool was being maintained, and very little for breakfast, not what was mentioned on the website.
