“From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. Highly recommend ”

“Notre séjour a été merveilleux grâce au personnel toujours prêt à aider et très chaleureux. Notre chambre était disponible avant l’heure et l’hôtel proche du port est situé en plein centre de la rue commerçante. Nous avons loué des vélos à l’hôtel pour faire le tour de l’île mais nous avons passé aussi du temps à pied à cause du sable notamment coté Sunset où il y a beaucoup de beach club. Attention vers 15h30, c’est marée basse de ce côté.”

“One of the best places we’ve stayed in. The staff are absolutely delightful - so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, beautiful and had exceptionally comfortable beds. The outdoor(ish) bathroom is dreamy. It’s very quiet and peaceful - the perfect place to find some quiet. The grounds are pretty as there’s lots of lush vegetation. A perfect place to stay.”

“I was madly in love with this place. I looked amazing and had great reviews. By when i arrived it was a big excellent surprise even more special. I wanted to move in and live there. And the staff is all super cool, incredibly kind, fun, and helpful. I rarely return to exact same place. And I 100% will return here and want to make it a home base to stay an extended time period. “Great location: the best snorkeling point, near restaurants and everything. But the beach is dirty with leaves and garbage, it 's not comfortable to swim in to. We stayed five nights. It's fresh water shower in weekdays but turn into salt water at weeken. So choose Waterfront if you care about the salt water shower. Nice hotel and nice friendly workers”

“The villa was even better than the pictures. The villa was really spacious for our family of four. Having a private pool in our private garden was a bonus. The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. ”

“Lovely little rustic property with a private pool which was just a delight on a hot day. All clean and tidy and serviced every day if you wanted. The team were exceptional - super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, be it advice on where to go, or how much things should cost for a transfer. Would recommend.”

“Really friendly staff that were more than happy to help with any information about the island and also organised a taxi for us to take away from having to haggle over prices etc. The free bikes was really handy to get around the island and the pool was amazing to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was yum and the rooms were always cleaned straight after we left so we didn’t get bothered if we wanted to come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when……

“Piccolo resort nella zona più movimentata di Gili Air. Nel complesso resort molto accogliente e ben tenuto. Il punto forte é lo staff, ogni membro dello staff é gentile e disponibile. Un ragazzo dello staff ci ha aiutato con i nostri bagagli portandoceli vicino al porto, davvero gentilissimo. Colazione buona e con diverse possibilità di scelta. Stanza accogliente e pulita.”

“The staff are amazing. We got a little good poisoning and they took very good care of us. Highly recommend. The only content I'll make is that the walls in the units are quite thin, so if you are on your honeymoon, may not be the best place.”
