“Close enough to Fredricksburg, yet out of town far enough for the country feel we like. Nice location for our purpose— wild flower viewing. Windy so we did not get to enjoy the fire pit. We did have decent wi-fi and enjoyed Dish TV. Enjoy some old long play records was a fun blast from the past. We did not cook, but I would say you’d have what you need. Friendly host that helped us settle in and shared a bit of the history of the place. One day driving in we saw 60+ deer. Deer around the yard……
