The condo was nice and is in a great location and we had a wonderful stay. The listing is a little unclear with regards to the upstairs bedroom as it appears to be a closed in room but is actually a loft open to the living room. Also, Vacasa could be more clear with check-in instructions. The lightbulbs in the kitchen and dining room were all out when we arrived and it took Vacasa several days to get replacement bulbs to us. But other than that it was great!

comfy rental with some minor glitches

Comfortable rental in a nice location. Beds were very good and the place was quite clean. Some minor issues easily rectified would make this a five star: we were given the wrong wifi password, only one of the two keys in the lockbox worked, there was no wastebasket and no washcloths in the upstairs bathroom, and we weren't informed that we needed to check in at the Black Butte welcome center before we could even get to the rental unit. The upstairs loft consists of a bathroom with a door and a bedroom without one, which wasn't a problem for us but wasn't clear from the unit description.

The location was perfect for us, great weather too. It is a small place for 4 adults. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and that was ok but it would have been too small for cooking a dinner. The new bathroom upstairs was nice but there weren’t any towel bars or hooks for hanging your towels. There were 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels no extras and that surprised me, no soap in the shower. While the decor was charming it seemed that there needed to be more upgrades. I did expect it to be all up to date. The deck is in need of replacing. The boards are warped and the nails are popping up.
