Need a car to get about and really handy to have the train station nr by as not much in walking distance, although have a local pub, Chinese, chippy and food store. Gorgeous cottage and in a great location to explore the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside and beaches. The cottage is lovely and was fully equipped, we all loved the hot tub and the owner was friendly and helpful. Wainfleet village is just a few minutes walk away. What a little gem this place is! It was lovely and cosy and perfect for a romantic little getaway! The cottage had everything needed for a short stay including the fabulous hot tub that was heated ready for arrival! I would highly recommend this place. Train station is a two minute walk away and you can get a train into Skegness which takes 15 minutes. Also visited the Woolpack Inn for Sunday lunch which was lovely. We wanted a nice quiet family retreat to relax with a few local amenities. This was perfect. After a long drive we were met by the owner Trevor and a bottle of wine so thanks for that. The cottage was warm and ready for us. We spent a locket long weekend in a beautiful setting. Hot tub was clean and working .... we made use of this over the weekend. Beds we’re really comfortable. Parking was excellent and the cottage was really well kept. Would definitely recommend

Been to this cottage many times the dog does not want to go home! It's very peaceful and pubs are around the corner who allow pets in so it is a good all round for me and my partner to have a cosy getaway thanks guys !

Lovely quiet location, very well equipped cottage, owner very helpful. Kitchen and living area is lovely, hot tub was great and there was a nice and enclosed garden for the dogs. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom is starting to look a little bit tired, and there are no grab rails if you are a little unsteady on your feet. It’s not particularly easy to reach around the fixed shower screen to get to the taps, but the shower is nice and hot once it gets going. We enjoyed our stay there.
