「We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

「Darling little Irish boutique hotel!! Lots of charm, bar area very traditional Irish theme, with many good choices for Irish beer or cocktail. Food was very good, had the Irish bread pudding for dessert, fantastic. Only wish they had a mini fridge in the room, but otherwise excellent service and great place to stay!」

「Everything about the stay was great, with the exception of the computer being down and delaying check in by 3 hours. That said, Tina at the front desk scrambled to make it happen even before the system was restored that evening. Her willingness to go over and above to rectify a challenging situation is why I would definitely recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton Milwaukee West to anyone looking for a classy hotel with staff that go the extra mile to make it happen! 「Great place, first impression I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place since it was booked for me. Beautiful building, built in the 1800s. Rooms are amazing. Since it is in downtown Milwaukee, it does get a little loud but it’s to be expected. We’ll definitely stay here again.」

「Can't judge this property. Tried to call before we left to mention late check in. Received the run around. Airline canceled our flight day of. We had to miss a wedding. Property on Expedia states if you have to cancel, first night is non refundable. Staying three nights and property would not give credit or refund remaining amount due to policy. Should not state partial refund if unwilling to follow what is on Expedia」

「The property was awesome! It’s a beautiful place and the staff was great! If you needed anything there was maybe a 10 minute way at best, they were bringing it to you in minutes. The lobby was beautiful and gathering down there was very relaxing. The only problem I have with hotels, especially the brand new ones is that they don’t have fans in the bathrooms to pull out steam of bad oders. I would love to know why.」
