"The room itself was okay- much left to be desired but for the price it was fine. The free breakfast was sad with just a couple of items. Safety was definitely a concern- we had 2 vagrants next to our room going through bags of clothes and the trash can outside our room while fighting with one another. 3 calls to the front desk and 2 hours of waiting for someone to come and remove them from the premises. I would not stay here again"

"The check-in process was not the best. As I arrived after check-in time, there were no rooms available, per the front desk associate. I was told I would receive a call when the next room was available I never got a call. I had to head to an event nearby within a certain time frame. After waiting for an hour I went back up to the desk to ask if there were any updates on available rooms. Only then was I told there was a room available. I believe if I had never gone to ask about the room I would've still been waiting. I booked this hotel due to it being in the same proximity to the event."
