"Best Hotel in Ashtabula. It is fairly new and it is comfortable and clean. Having the bar and breakfast area on the top floor is a nice touch. They did a nice job with the decor, I loved the harbor themes in the artwork. "

"We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. Everything you needed was there. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and shower necessities. We highly recommend this house for your gathering!"
"Check in was a breeze. The house had everything we needed and had lots of towels which was a plus. The fire pit area was a great place to hang out and we all liked to congregate in the kitchen and living room area. Only thing I would change is that I wish there were more towel racks in the bathroom however and at least 2-ply toilet paper and paper towels. "
"Beautifully decorated home in a wonderful neighborhood. Minutes to Walnut Beach! Excellent communication from our host; Dan cares about his guests and that they enjoy their stay. The game room was a great bonus. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! Also, the backyard fence gives great privacy! "
