「We had a great time staying at the Naples Grand resort! From the time we arrived the valet unloaded our things and had it all waiting for us to be taken to our room even though we weren't valeting. The person at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice though there are a few small details that can use updating but the oversized tub and balcony certainly makes up for it! 「We loved the location and cleanliness. Pool and beach were great. The only improvement I would like to see is an outside area for people to enjoy their own food and beverage without having to walk to beach. No outside food and beverages were allowed at the pool where all the tables were located.」
