We had a wonderful time for our first time in North Topsail Beach. Everything was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved the location of the condo. Overall, we had a great time and definitely would book again.

I stayed for the month of January. Everything that was needed for comfort and home conveniences were available.Getting up daily to see a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic is something I would get up every morning to witness. It was also entertaining to see dolphins daily, at times more than a dozen together. I didn’t use the pool as it was closed in January. But the condo looks out directly over the pool and then the beach and water. This view daily is very special!

Nicely remodeled, beautiful cabinets. Having some pizza pans, baking sheet, Or cookie sheet in them would be helpful. Beautiful views. Pool was closed after Labor day.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

Our family has had a very busy, very stressful summer, and staying here made all of that melt away. We looked out onto the balcony and the ocean was right there, a welcome sight every morning. The beach access was incredibly close and convenient, and the pool was a refreshing oasis at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Super cute condo. Has a nice beachie vibe. Tastefully decorated. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the kitchen and the deck view even better. We even saw dolphins a couple times. Easy check in and check out. Great place for a vacation.

I, my wife and two our kids stayed for a last week of August. It’s our fourth visit to Topsail and first time in this condo complex. The unit was clean and everything functional with well stocked kitchen. For us it was a perfect size and the price. Pool and beachfront location is priceless.

We loved our stay at topsail dunes!! Although we are used to having some sort of market/convenient store within walking distance...we just made sure we grabbed everything from the store when we went! We also took our golf clubs and enjoyed a couple of courses that are nearby. Nothing beats staying on the beach especially when it is a clean stay and the owners were very easy to contact with any questions!

We had a great time during our vacation. The view is absolutely beautiful. The pool is also open late, so we spent our evenings there. I saw a dolphin swim past while my husband was swimming and I also found a turtle nest on the beach near the condo. We started a new beach tradition of crab hunting at night too, so much fun! We can't wait to go back!
