“Another great stay here! This is my second time here. Front desk was super helpful and welcoming. Room was small but honestly so perfect. The views were worth it! Bathroom view was to die for- Location amazing- close to a lot of shopping, dinner, popular coffee shops. Only downside would be the toilet didn’t flush right away after you flushed it the first time- needed a few minutes but overall amazing!”

“I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, there is a great outlook and it is in an excellent location. The interior of the hotel is interesting and inspiring.
