“Whilst the hotel does not offer a lot of rooms, this is how Linda and Tony, the lovely owners, can offer a personal treatment, attention and chats - all of which were very good. All my requests or problems were addressed as soon as possible and for the best.
Breakfasts were amazingly tasty and rich.
Additionally, in my room there were a small refrigerator and a kettle, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, sugar and milk.
The room and all the public areas were very clean and tidy.

“What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky……

“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. “We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked.
